HOLIDAY INN > ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA
By providing all architecture and interior design services we were able to save hundreds of thousands in the budget without compromising the design. And, because of our intimate knowledge of the hospitality market we able to make minimal architectural modifications that added $2,000,000 to the total value of the project.
EXTENDED STAY, MULTIFAMILY HIGH-RISE
We were asked to develop the next generation in extended stay hospitality for HI Connect. Working with 20+ vendors including modular manufacturers we developed a concept that creates a high density, vertical traditional neighborhood that is a place you can stay a week or lifetime. And, it won the People's Choice Award.
MEMPHIS ZOO ZAMBEZI RIVER HIPPO CAMP
We developed the design concepts and drawings that were used for visioning and raising money for the new Memphis Zoo Hippo Camp. Rather than simply create paths that offer views into animal's enclosures we used a traditional African village and thorn bush fencing to enclose the visitor in an explorable village that protectes from the "wilderness" beyond.
